Originally inspired by the French seafood soup ‘La Bouillabaisse’ (pronounced ‘Lah boo-yah-bez’), this delicate and herbaceous blend includes the addition of sumac to impart subtle citrus flavour notes.

 

Perfectly suited to all fish and seafoods, it also complements any meat, chicken, soup, eggs, tofu or other vegetable dish. Sprinkle generously on food prior to cooking. Also amazing as an addition to any marinade or

salad dressing using olive oil as a base.
