This is a dairy free version of ice cream which is super quick to whip up and dangerously more-ish!
It's a great option for those going dairy free and can be enjoyed as a topping for the banana pancakes recipe to follow.
In this particular case we used frozen strawberries and roasted Almond butter. You can add a sprinkle of pure vanilla powder.
Simply place the ingredients in a food processor (a hand held blending stick works well for smaller amounts) and blend till you have an ice cream-like smooth consistency. Serve up immediately, and enjoy by itself or with a side of banana bread or pancakes
