So chilli sauce is spicy and super reviving, but the red chillies themselves always make me marvel with their colourfulness. And so I have to share the pictures of the chillies - both before the oven baking and afterwards. Just scroll further down in the news feed if you are after the recipe itself - well worth making when you have the chance! I do make a few variations, and this time around I just blitzed the chillies with garlic infused olive oil and a squeeze of lemon, nothing else! Oh sorry I lied, I also infused it with Love
