Henrietta's overall experience in complementary therapies over the last 25 plus years has been instrumental in her developing an understanding of the importance of hearing what a client is expressing and supporting them to express how they can best be helped in their journey of well-being. This has involved the use of many counselling skills in her appointments and hence her interest in taking this further to completing a degree in counselling. Henrietta qualified with a Diploma in Counselling in 2021 and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). She also works with the ACA in the role of Convenor for the local Rural Chapter Meetings that happen monthly. This involves presenting on topics of expertise in relation to counselling and also liaising and organising various presenters to attend the meetings and present to the local group. Henrietta has also had some training in Functional Behavioural Assessement and application of this in completing reports as well as using this in clinical practice.

Henrietta aims to support you in developing a deeper relationship and understanding of yourself and as such, allow for a true achievement of your natural mental wellness and vitality.  ​

Upon booking for a counselling appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with several pre-appointment forms to complete prior to your first counselling appointment - please allow enough time to complete these and submit them at least 2-3 days before your appointment so that Henrietta can pre-view the forms prior to your arrival.
