At L'Alchimiste Natural Medicine Clinic we offer you a professional integrated Massage and Body work approach with the aim to improving and maximising your well-being.
Henrietta's experience in massage is key in her current wealth of understanding of the body.
With her extensive background of over 25 years of massage practice combined with over 10 years of teaching the Diploma of Remedial Massage course and supervising students in Clinical Practice, she has a solid understanding of the body and its mechanics. Her current role as a lecturer at Southern Cross University for the Massage unit as well supervisor for the Massage Clinics in addition to lecturing other Units within the Masters of Naturopathy and Naturopathic Clinical Supervision, holds her as a steady authority within the Natural Medicine fields including Massage therapies. Henrietta aims to support you in developing a deeper relationship and with yourself and understanding of your body and as such, allow for a true achievement of your natural wellness and vitality.
At L'Alchimiste, we offer 3 different types of Massage sessions:

Upon booking for a massage appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with several pre-appointment forms to complete prior to your first massage appointment - please allow enough time to complete these and submit them at least 2-3 days before your appointment so that Henrietta can pre-view your health concerns and then discuss them in detail in the appointment.
Below you will also find some information about the initial and follow up appointments for massage as well as a fee schedule for services provided.

Please note that if you need to make any changes to your appointments, please give us 24hrs notice as non-attendance and cancellation fees apply.
