About the event

This presentation was part of a series of three  presentations with the dynamic duo of Henrietta Chang (Naturopath) and  Kate Greenaway (Physiotherapist), with the other presentations on:

  • How to live to bring back your natural vitality.
  • How to live well with chronic pain

How to live, eat and move to de-stress was another hot  topic to present on, especially with the understanding that stress is a  common affliction in our society.  Very few people can say that they  experience life as stress-free and we often feel that it is our jobs  that are stressful, or that our relationships are stressful or that life  simply is stressful. The reality for most people is that stress can be  found in all areas of our life and it can seem impossible to escape.

Henrietta and Kate presented that:

‘what if life is not meant to be stress-free?’…

What if life is about how  we respond to stress and that our response to stress is what really  matters? More questions were asked such as:

‘Could there be a way that allows us to handle stress in a way that makes stress our friend rather than our foe?’Could there be a way to move, eat and live that de-stresses us?’.

This presentation shared powerfully from lived experiences, wisdom and understandings of how to live to de-stress.

Presented by: Henrietta Chang, Naturopath and Kate Greenaway, Physiotherapist
