Work Life Balance for Women - Self Care 101

This presentation, offered by Henrietta Chang, was  held on a large scale development and construction site in Grafton. The  aim of the presentation was to support the workers of this large scale  project to look after themselves.

Suicide and depression rates for construction workers on large scale projects with intense deadlines are very high.

This presentation was part of a large scheme to  support the construction teams, the employees and their supervisors  longer term under challenging work conditions. Several areas of self  care were covered including food and nutrition and foundational tips of  self awareness and care.
